Undertaker makes Hall of Fame debut for Paul Bearer induction

This was really cool.

At tonight's (Sat., April 5, 2014) WWE Hall of Fame ceremony in New Orleans, Louisiana, Paul Bearer was inducted by Kane. It was rumored his sons would do the honor, but Kane was brought out to give what turned out to be a fantastic speech before introducing Bearer's two sons so they could come out on stage and receive a standing ovation.

As it should have been.

It was a touching moment and while it would have been just fine had it ended there, WWE went ahead and did what everyone hoped they would and had Undertaker make an appearance.

He came out, fully in character, keeping kayfabe the whole way, brought the urn out with him, and got down to one knee while raising it above his head at the titantron showing Bearer's face.

A fitting tribute to a great man, an outstanding performer, and now a WWE Hall of Famer.

May he continue to rest in peace.
