Mojo Rawley's Evaluation

His name is Mojo Rawley and Cageside Seats readers have reported back on what they love and loathe about NXT's hype-man. Here's the full evaluation.

WWE.com

What you loved:

  1. Tries Hard - Your top choice.
  2. Size - Coming in at 6'4"/270 lbs., Mojo is extremely athletic for his frame.
  3. "Stay Hyped!" - It's a solid catchphrase.
  4. Gimmick - He has a lot of charisma. He's likable too, especially with the kids.
  5. Jobber Status - Some of you take great pleasure in watching him get beat down week after week.

Best comes comes via 14fizzpatrick:

"He loses all the time to the powerpuff girls."

What you loathed:

  1. Improvement - Or, in this case, lack thereof. If you have seen Mojo once, that will be enough.
  2. Butt Offense - Even if it's toned down now, this is something no wrestler should be asked to do. His butt-based finisher, The Hyperdrive, received a thumbs down from this community.
  3. Stamina - With his entrance, Mojo is blown up before the bell even rings. Think Ultimate Warrior.
  4. Gimmick - For all the folks who love the gimmick there are just as many who despise it.
  5. Mic - Having charisma does not always translate into cutting good promos.

Best comment comes via TJ_UK:

"Mojo seems like a really nice guy and he comes across as some who is really really trying to be good. Shame he just isn’t good. The comparison to Warrior is probably very accurate. Both have limited move sets, both needed better conditioning and both have an entrance which remind me of when my little cousin has too much sugar. The difference is Warrior came at a time when being a force of personality and having that IT factor was enough and Warrior had that in spades. Mojo doesn’t, sadly. Oh and he’s stalking Prince Pretty. Stop that, Mojo! Just get away from our King of Cuteville!"

On to the poll! With 167 votes, Mojo's average score is 1.9.

Thanks, Cagesiders! We'll be back to recap on Sunday, with updated poll scores and the best comments of the week.

Until then!
