Attention Jericholics!
As we anxiously await the release next Tuesday (October 14, 2014) of The Best in the World: At What I Have No Idea, Chris Jericho's third book, Y2J today confirmed via Twitter that his return to WWE and pro wrestling will happen next month:

Word is that this latest comeback will primarily be for WWE's European tour, set to run from November 5th in London, England to November 15th dates in Germany and Italy. The rumor is that with Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns on the shelf and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar obviously not scheduled to appear, management is worried about star power for the trip and thus enlisted Jericho during a break in his schedule.
One Raw and one Smackdown episode will be generated from overseas (on the 10th and 11th in Liverpool), so it is possible that the first undisputed WWE champ will hit our screens, it may only be for a couple of appearances or a quickly resolved angle. Jericho's band Fozzy resumes touring on November 20th, shortly after WWE returns to the States for Raw in Virginia on the 17th.
That week will be "go home" week for Survivor Series. Fozzy has a date in Iowa on the night of that pay-per-view (PPV), so it seems unlikely that he'd have a role there, but their for November 24th - the Raw fallout show - is in Saint Louis where Survivor Series is being held, so...never rule out anything when it comes to a Y2J surprise.
In the meantime, get ready to enjoy Best in the World, which will chronicle Jericho's first return to WWE, the genesis of his suit-wearing, slow-talking heel character and his epic feud with Shawn Michaels.
Feel free to join me in marking out, or proceeding to complain that he's over the hill and should hang 'em up, below.
