Tonight's (Sun., Jan. 26, 2014) WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, kicked off with a free pre-show featuring the New Age Outlaws challenging Cody Rhodes & Goldust for the tag team championship titles.
And NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS OF THE WOOOORRRLLLLDDDDD ... the Road Dogg, Jesse James, the Bad Ass, Billy Gunn, the NEW ... AGE ... OUTLAWS!
They only got a couple minutes to work with, but they made the most of it with Cody Rhodes in particular working his ass off to get the match over. The finish saw Rhodes hit the Disaster Kick only for Gunn, who had tagged himself in without Cody seeing it, to rush in and hit the Fame-Ass-er to pick up the pinfall.
The New Age Outlaws are tag team champions in 2014, Cagesiders.
