What happened over the last week? Find out below, Cagesiders.

WWE

Raw (July 8th)

  • Vickie Guerrero cut an impassioned ladder top promo about her success and lack of help in a male dominated environment. Jerry "The King" Lawler then said that the McMahons would consider all factors in her job performance review, including the opinion of the WWE Universe and told people to vote on the app, which led to Vickie sucking up to the audience. She then announced three matches for later on: Randy Orton vs. CM Punk, Christian vs. Kane and Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus.
  • Daniel Bryan pinned Sheamus when he countered a Texas Cloverleaf attempt with a roll up.
  • Dolph Ziggler got a big hug from AJ Lee, but he was upset that she had been absent from his side recently.
  • Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns defeated Tons of Funk when Reigns pinned Sweet T (Tensai) with a spear.
  • John Cena called out Mark Henry. Eventually, Henry "crossed the line" and attacked Cena. However, Cena returned fire, had him up for the Attitude Adjustment, but collapsed under his mammoth weight. Henry then gave him the World’s Strongest Slam and dropped the WWE title belt on him.
  • Chris Jericho pinned Curtis Axel with the Codebreaker after Axel had been distracted by The Miz.
  • Damien Sandow (with Cody Rhodes) claimed that if he didn't win the Money In The Bank ladder match, then he wouldn't want anything more than his tag partner and best friend to win it. This led to a series of interruptions by Colter's Crew, Wade Barrett and Fandango. The segment ended with Barrett punching Fandango when the dancer said his own name.
  • Alberto Del Rio vs. Sin Cara went to a no-contest when Dolph Ziggler attacked Del Rio and Cara hit a plancha on Del Rio as they were brawling on the outside.
  • Vince McMahon wanted Vickie Guerrero to be promoted to permanent GM, while Triple H wanted her fired, which left the deciding vote to Stephanie McMahon. She went with the fan vote and told Vickie "You're Fired!". Vickie did a major hissy fit. Vince then made Brad Maddox the new Interim General Manager of Raw and escorted Vickie out of the ring in a comforting manner.
  • Vickie Guerrero attacked Brad Maddox backstage when he awkwardly thanked Vince for the new job.
  • Kane pinned Christian with the chokeslam. After the match, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan beat down Kane as Bray Wyatt watched on.
  • Ryback saw Vickie Guerrero as she was about to leave the building. He told her it wasn’t fair and hugged her before she left.
  • Kaitlyn & Layla vs. AJ Lee & Alicia Fox went to a no-contest when the match devolved into a brawl and Kaitlyn put a beating on AJ outside the ring.
  • CM Punk pinned Randy Orton with the GTS. After the match, Daniel Bryan threw Punk shoulder first into the ring post, attacked Orton with a ladder and then climbed the ladder and unhooked the briefcase that was hanging from the ceiling above the ring.

NXT (July 10th)

  • Emma pinned Summer Rae with a rollup. After the match, Summer jumped Emma, but Paige made the save.
  • Ric Flair and his daughter Charlotte barged in on a meeting between Bayley and NXT Commissioner Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes booked Bayley vs. Charlotte for next week's episode of NXT.
  • Leo Kruger submitted Sami Zayn with the GC3.
  • Corey Graves, Adrian Neville & William Regal did a promo to set up this week's main event against The Wyatt Family and next week's NXT tag title match between the teams of Graves & Neville and Luke Harper & Erick Rowan.
  • In a handicap match, Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady upset Mason Ryan when Amore chop blocked Ryan as he was going to slam Cassady and Cassady fell on top of Ryan for the three count.
  • Commissioner Rhodes announced Kruger vs. Zayn vs. Antonio Cesaro on next week's show to determine the #1 contender to Bo Dallas's NXT title.
  • The Wyatt Family defeated Corey Graves, Adrian Neville & William Regal when Bray Wyatt pinned Regal with Sister Abigail.

Main Event (July 10th)

  • Dolph Ziggler defeated Antonio Cesaro by disqualification when Jack Swagger interfered.
  • Tons of Funk & The Great Khali defeated The Rhodes Scholars & Heath Slater when The Rhodes Scholars walked out on the match and Khali pinned Slater with a chop to the head.

Superstars (July 11th)

  • Justin Gabriel pinned Darren Young with a springboard 450 splash.
  • Antonio Cesaro pinned Zack Ryder with the Neutraliser.

Smackdown (July 12th)

  • Daniel Bryan submitted Christian with the No Lock.
  • Teddy Long told Dolph Ziggler that he had the night off and forced him to leave the building so he wouldn't interfere in the night's rematch between Alberto Del Rio and Sin Cara.
  • Seth Rollins pinned Jey Uso with a knee strike.
  • Chris Jericho defeated Curtis Axel by count out when Axel fell out of the ring after being hit with the Codebreaker. After the match, Axel threw a hissy fit.
  • Ryback pinned The Miz with the Shell Shock after he feigned a knee injury.
  • AJ Lee and Kaitlyn had a contract signing for their WWE Divas title match at Money In The Bank. AJ taunted Kaitlyn by revealing some text messages Kaitlyn had sent to her bogus secret admirer, which led to Kaitlyn grabbing the mobile phone and throwing it to the mat. This eventually led to a brawl between the two which finished when Kaitlyn slapped Big E Langston and speared AJ.
  • Fandango pinned Wade Barrett with a roll up and a handful of tights.
  • Michael Cole and JBL announces that Kane would not be competing at Money in the Bank thanks to the heinous attack perpetrated by the Wyatt family on Monday Night Raw earlier this week.
  • "Sin Cara" (obviously Dolph Ziggler under the mask) attacked Alberto Del Rio before their match could begin and laid him out with the Zig Zag.
  • Vickie Guerrero then showed up, complaining that Teddy Long made her buy a ticket to attend the event. Long then got security to escort the fired Vickie out of the building.
  • Teddy Long ran after Sin Cara and asked why did Dolph do what he did after he gave him the night off. Cara acted all confused and then Ziggler appeared, put his arm around Long, and said he just let himself back into the locker room real quick as he wanted to come back and say thanks for the night off.
  • Sheamus and Randy Orton went to a no-contest when Daniel Bryan interfered with a ladder and Christian joined in on the fun. The show closed with Orton hitting the RKO on Bryan, climbing the ladder and taking down the briefcase above the ring.

  • In a TNA Knockout's title number one contender ladder match, Gail Kim defeated Taryn Terrell.
  • Magnus won the Bound For Glory Series Gauntlet when he last eliminated Bobby Roode via pinfall.
