Here's your Daily Open Thread for Friday, April 27, 2013: Come chat about whatever you would like, friendos. Come back here all throughout the day and into the night for discussion on all things pro wrestling and beyond. Mostly the latter but with a mix of the former.

You could also chat it up about UFC 159: "Jones vs. Sonnen," which is scheduled for later on this evening at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Headlined by Jon Jones defending his light heavyweight championship against the brash and brazen Chael Sonnen, the night promises to be memorable if only because this bout will finally happen and be over with.

Thank god.

It's got ties to pro wrestling for multiple reasons, the least of which being the fact that Sonnen has stolen many a promo from the greats of the squared circle. Plus, his buddy, former WWE champion CM Punk, will apparently be in his locker room "for encouragement" while also hanging out in the front row.
