Will the Ambrose/Undertaker match be televised?

Speculating on the rumors surrounding pro wrestling is a favored pastime of many fans, perhaps second only to actually watching the matches. In this daily column, we will be taking a look at the latest rumors being churned out by the pro wrestling rumor mill.

Important reminder: Rumors are just that -- rumors. None of this has been confirmed as legitimate news or fact; so remember to take it all with a grain of salt.

Rumors for the Day:

  • Slight spoiler: To clear up the confusion around whether or not the taped Dean Ambrose vs. Undertaker match will be televised on Friday's (April 26) Smackdown, it seems that, by all appearances, the match will be televised. Reports from those in attendance at the show indicate that it was the final match of the night and the cameras were rolling for it
  • Progress on the proposed WWE Network continue to move slowly. The new Divas reality show, which was picked up by E!, was originally planned for the WWE Network. The fact that it won't be shown there likely means the network is still quite a ways from happening, if it ever does at all.
  • More details are coming out about the status of Rosa Mendes, who was dismissed from the WWE European tour earlier this week. Officially, she was sent home due to "personal reasons," but unofficially, her partying was getting in the way of her work. She was described as a "mess" due to the drinking and, while not officially suspended, will be kept off of television for a while. (Not like she was on it all that much to begin with.)
  • Speaking of the Divas, it is looking more and more like newly crowned #1 contender AJ Lee and Divas champion Kaitlyn will be having a match at May's Extreme Rules pay per view, with Lee likely coming away with the title. The idea is to turn she and World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler into WWE's new "power couple." Previous rumors suggested that Ziggler would get at least a modest title reign, eventually heading into a feud with Randy Orton.

If you have heard of any interesting rumors that you'd like to add, feel free to post them in the comments section below. Please remember, these are merely rumors. Try not to take them too seriously, just have fun with them.
