The S3: Vote for Best Performer of the 2013-14 Season, Week 35

Join in a discussion with your fellow internet fans about the past week in pro wrestling: who entertained us the most, and why!

Everybody who comes to Cageside Seats has an opinion about what's going on in pro wrestling - The Smark's Shoot Standings (S3) are where YOU let us know YOURS.

Cast a vote in the comments. Give us the three performers you think entertained or impressed the most in the last week, and feel free to talk about why. And/or vote for your top performer in our poll.

We also have the outcome of last week's voting, the results of which make up our annual competition for Performer of the Year. The top ten from last week and the year-to-date are below.

Remember, the Standings are for the previous week's nationally televised pro wrestling shows - the December 2nd episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Wednesday night's WWE Main Event, TNA Impact from December 5th and the WWE SmackDown that aired on Friday, December 6th.

Make YOUR mark, smarks!

Sure, you love him as the sole surviving bad ass who'd spear his own momma...

Romanreigns3_medium

but would you have loved him as stereotypical island warriorTM?

• The Best in the World looked pretty good as the mouthpiece in his partnership with the leader of the annual Standings (who seems to have fallen off our radar a bit as he falls down, or across, the card).

• And now that he gets to hang with last week's winner and his boys in The Shield - the two who regularly finish in the weekly top ten - last year's winner may start to make some hey of his own.

• The It Factor continues to flash a little bit of everything as he impresses down in TNA. The man he's feuding with also splits a point at ten for turning down a brew and going ape$#!+ on Team Roode in Impact's version of a traditional Survivor Series match.

• Freaking Goldust, man. Going as good or better than men fifteen years younger than him keeps your votes rolling in.

• Some love went to the two members of The Wyatt Family that do most of the in-ring work every night, and to a mini-bull who made his official debut the night after Thanksgiving.

It's a big week for the Hounds of Justice in our year-to-date Standings, as Ambrose moves in front of AJ for the second spot and Reigns muscles Cody out of the top ten.

A lot to consider as TNA's big angle races toward the finish line (catch up on it in our Impact section) and WWE makes the quick turn to another pay-per-view (PPV) a week from today (you can read about how the did it last week in our sections for Raw, Main Eventand Smackdown).
