WWE Survivor Series results: Roman Reigns is the sole survivor in elimination tag match

The main pay-per-view (PPV) portion of tonight's (Sun., Nov. 24, 2013) WWE Survivor Series event at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, kicked off with the traditional five-on-five elimination tag team match pitting The Shield & The Real Americans against the Rhodes Bros, The Usos, & Rey Mysterio.

Believe in The Shield ... or at least in The Spear.

Here are the order of eliminations:

Dean Ambrose (eliminated by Cody Rhodes)
Jack Swagger (eliminated by Jey Uso)
Antonio Cesaro (eliminated by Cody Rhodes)
Jimmy Uso (eliminated by Roman Reigns)
Cody Rhodes (eliminated by Roman Reigns)
Jey Usos (eliminated by Seth Rollins)
Seth Rollins (eliminated by Rey Mysterio)
Goldust (eliminated by Roman Reigns)
Rey Mysterio (eliminated by Roman Reigns)

Not surprisingly, especially considering the players involved, the match was highly entertaining and a great way to kick off the PPV. The story by the end was all about Reigns overcoming long odds and taking out four of the five babyfaces with his deadly spear.

That big push that has been rumored may be coming at you faster than you think.
