As expected, Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton will headline the next pay-per-view (PPV) on the WWE schedule, Hell in a Cell, scheduled for Sun., Oct. 27, 2013, at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. The stipulation this time that will ensure a clean finish when all we've gotten is a smoz every other time?
A special guest referee.
On tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw in Pittsburgh, the WWE App was utilized to ask fans to vote on who they wanted to do the honors. The choices were:
- Booker T
- Bob Backlund
- Shawn Michaels
It should come as absolutely no surprise, then, that the "Heartbreak Kid" won 61-percent of the vote. He came out to give a speech advancing the story, saying he is best friends with Triple H and he did train Daniel Bryan when he was coming up in the industry, but overall, he wants what's best for the WWE Universe and not what's best for business.
Please believe him and all that.
And so it's on (again). This time, we should get a resolution, or at least someone will finally walk out of a WWE PPV holding the company title and not have it stripped the very next night.
Hopefully.
The updated Hell in a Cell line-up:
- Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan (WWE championship, HBK special guest referee)
- Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena (World heavyweight championship)
