Tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw in St. Louis featured a "Beat the Clock" challenge between Ryback and CM Punk. On the line? The winner would get to choose the stipulation for their match at the upcoming Hell in a Cell pay-per-view (PPV) on Sun., Oct. 27, 2013, at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.
The thought being that if Ryback won, he could make it a 2-on-1 handicap and team with Curtis Axel to take Punk out. In the end, Punk won and he revealed that he liked the idea and decided to make it a 2-on-1 handicap with Ryback teaming with Paul Heyman instead.
And it's also a Hell in a Cell match.
How do you like that?
Here's the updated Hell in a Cell match card and line-up:
- Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan (WWE championship, HBK special guest referee)
- Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena (World heavyweight championship)
- CM Punk vs. Ryback & Paul Heyman (2-on-1 Handicap Hell in a Cell)
