Suddenly, a Snooki guest spot doesn't seem so bad.
Kevin Federline, perhaps best known for his short-lived marriage to former pop star Britney Spears, was invited to participate in a series of guest spots for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) to help promote his hip-hop album Playing With Fire.
Well, unfortunately for K-Fed, WWE already had a whitebread rapper named John Cena and this town wasn't big enough for the two of them.
Federline got mixed up with "The Marine" and the angle came to a head on the Jan. 1, 2007, edition of Monday Night Raw, which saw the dueling rappers settle their differences in a No Disqualification bout. Fed-Ex won by pinfall after a run-in by Umaga.
See how it all went down:
How about it Cagesiders, a low point for the pro wrestling business? Or not as terrible as it could have been, under the circumstances?
