CSS Pro Wrestling Tournament: Greatest Matches Nomination Thread

It's time to nominate all the matches you wish to see in the next Cageside Seats Pro Wrestling Tournament.

As discussed previously (click here to read up if you missed it), we're going to do the next elimination style tournament on the greatest matches of all time, again with a field of 64. How we get there is entirely up to YOU.

In this thread, which will remain open until Sept. 6, it's up to you to decide which matches you feel deserve a spot in the tournament. Here's how you go about doing so...

In order for your match to be properly nominated you MUST follow this guideline. Any comment not following this guideline will NOT be considered and will be deleted to avoid confusion. There is NO budging on this. FOLLOW THE GUIDELINE.

You must first put "Nominate" before a dash and then the match you wish to put up for consideration, the promotion the match occurred under and the event the match happened at. You may nominate as many matches as you wish -- but only one match per nomination comment.

For example:

Nominate - Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart, WWF, WrestleMania 13
Nominate - Royal Rumble 1992
Nominate - CM Punk vs. Samoa Joe, ROH, Joe vs. Punk II

Each example represents a separate comment.

All matches are eligible from any promotion and any time period.

Before nominating a match, be sure to check the thread to see if the match you have in mind has already been nominated. If so, you can simply "rec" that nomination.

That's because "recs" are what will determine which matches are chosen. If you see a match you agree with that you feel should be entered into the tournament, simply "rec" that comment. You can "rec" comments by clicking the "action" button and then clicking "rec."

If you're a mobile user you will need to find a computer in order to "rec" nominations. Don't worry, you've got plenty of time to do so.
