The Cageside Seats Greatest Matches Tournament continues today with a match-up pitting number two seed "Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramon, WrestleMania 10" VS. number 15 seed "Magnum T.A. vs. Tully Blanchard, Starrcade 1985."

Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramon, WrestleMania 10

Given the rare five-star rating from Dave Meltzer at the Wrestling Observer, Michaels and Ramon feuded over who the "real" Intercontinental champion was. Michaels had left the company but never returned the belt, so they made a new one while he was gone, won by Ramon.

Once HBK was brought back in, they set up a ladder match at the "Grand Daddy of Them All." Considering the talent both men possessed, when on their games -- and they usually gave each other their best because they were such good friends -- they could work better than anyone.

That's what they did here:

Magnum T.A. vs. Tully Blanchard, Starrcade 1985

Magnum signed with Jim Crockett Promotions and immediately went about feuding with the Four Horsemen before turning his attention to Blanchard. They went at it over the U.S. title, flipping it back and forth with Magnum picking up the win here in an I Quit match inside a steel cage.

It remains one of the best matches ever put on at Starrcade, the showcase event for the NWA and later, WCW.
