SURPRISE!

Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling ran a house show last night (Sat., Sept. 15, 2012) in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and during a match between James Storm and Robbie E, Matt Morgan made a run-in wearing plain clothes.

He was met by security at the gate and the whole thing was treated like a shoot, though you can count on it being a work. This would seem to indicate he's signed a new deal with the company, though he's playing it up on Twitter that he's still a free agent and who knows who he's with:

"All 2nite really meant was I'm tired of "just be patient Matt", being patronized & most of all being SOLD DREAMS! The real question is...... ... Who am I with? Time will tell. 'Til then,Tick-Tock...."

Obviously, WWE isn't in play here but Morgan would be perfect as the leader of Aces and 8s, especially considering the group currently consists of a lot of names no one knows or no one cares about. His issues with the company also lend an authentic feel to the entire proceedings and with TNA so stuck in the reality world, this could actually work out quite well.

So expect them to ignore that completely. Hell, it was already a somewhat silly move to have him show up at a house show in some random city. Either way, it appears he's back with the promotion.
