Well, it's over, Cagesiders. We won't be seeing Heath Slater getting squashed by returning legends any longer and this is a bitter pill to swallow. Still, it's been a fun ride.
The final video comes from last night's (July 23, 2012) 1,000th episode of Monday Night Raw with Lita and the APA playing the role of the returning WWE legends. Once the latter showed up, Slater tried to bail but was quickly confronted by all the legends who had destroyed him over the past few weeks and tossed back in the ring.
That led to an awesome Twist of Fate, a crazy stiff Clothesline from Hell, and the Litasault that put the final nail in the Slater squash-fest coffin.
So thanks to Rikishi, Mick Foley, Roddy Piper, Bob Backlund, Doink the Clown, Sycho Sid, Diamond Dallas Page, Road Warrior Animal, Wendi Richter, Cyndi Lauper, Vader, Sgt. Slaughter, the APA and Lita for making this such an awesome Raw (and Smackdown, once) segment for the last few weeks.
