Brock Lesnar advertised for WWE Extreme Rules 2012 pay-per-view event

Oh, yes, ladies and sirs. We're back in the "who is and isn't advertised" business.

This time the center of attention is Brock Lesnar, who just returned to WWE this past Monday night (April 2, 2012) on Raw. The details of his contract reportedly dictate that he make roughly two appearances per month. Well, he showed up to re-debut on Raw Monday and if upcoming advertisements are to be believed, he'll be making two more appearances before the month of April is out.

That's because Lesnar is currently named dropped on the Verizon Center website as being on Raw this coming Monday night in Washington D.C. Not only that, he's been added to the Extreme Rules pay-per-view (PPV) set to take place on Sun., April 29 at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

He appears alongside John Cena, CM Punk, Chris Jericho, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio and many more.

It makes sense to get the most out of his deal by putting him on PPV but can we really expect Lesnar to have a match this soon after coming back? I suppose it's entirely possible he could appear without getting physical but we don't know exactly how WWE plans to use him.

To that end, Raw next week should answer quite a few questions.
