Undertaker returned to Raw this past Monday night (Jan. 30, 2012) to challenge Triple H to a match at WrestleMania 28 and did so wearing a ridiculous wig. We all had our laughs before wondering how exactly it is that he'll work dates wearing such obviously bad headgear.
The answer, for now, is that he won't.
That's because Undertaker is not being advertised for any Raw dates again until Feb. 20, giving him some extra time to continue growing his hair out. Here's the advertisement on the Target Center's website, where the show will be held:
"The Phenom" The UNDERTAKER will be live in Minneapolis to confront "The Game" TRIPLE H!
JOHN CENA VS. KANE
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
CM PUNK vs. DOLPH ZIGGLERA special appearance by CHRIS JERICHO
As always, the card is subject to change but that's the first episode of Raw following the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, so it makes sense to have Undertaker show up once again for what should be a highly rated show. It also still gives plenty of time to craft the story they're wanting to tell, whatever that may be.
My thoughts on what that could be are here but we'll have to stay tuned to find out. And is Shawn Michaels still going to show up to play a role in the feud, possibly as a special guest referee at WrestleMania?
We shall see.
In the meantime, it looks like we could be getting sporadic appearances from Undertaker, especially if WWE took to heart the backlash created by 'Taker's wig. Grow that hair, Deadman. The marks need it.
