On this date in WWF history: The Undertaker is buried alive 'In Your House'

Stone Cold Steve Austin and Undertaker feuded throughout most of 1998 and finally blew it off with a buried alive match at the Rock Bottom pay-per-view on this date in history.


On December 13, 1998, Stone Cold Steve Austin capped off his feud with the Undertaker by burying him alive at the WWF Rock Bottom: In Your House pay-per-view event from the General Motors Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

It had one of the more memorable builds, with Paul Bearer getting dumped down a manhole and Stone Cold getting crucified -- and had just as satisfying a payoff when "The Deadman" went six feet deep.
