It's Thanksgiving Day here in the good old United States of America, and we here at CagesideSeats.com would like to wish all of you the happiest of holidays.
If you celebrate that sort of thing.
I don't, not really, but in the spirit of the season, I'll participate in the tradition of riffing on what I'm thankful for, in my usual beloved bullet point format.
- I'm thankful for the folks at SB Nation who believed in me enough to allow me to take over this site back in August of 2011. Folks like Thomas Myers and Nate Wilcox have been nothing but supportive and helped me along my way. It's been really fun and I'm looking forward to keeping this train rolling until the wheels come off.
- I'm thankful for the community we've built here at CSS. It really speaks volumes that while I was writing up the match-ups for the Survivor Series Tournament, I was feeling bad that there could only be one winner and everyone else would have to lose. Thanks to everyone who has shown support to the site. We love y'all.
- I'm thankful for friends both new and old, like Sergio and The Roth. The Cageside Live! podcast has been really fun and I'm glad I've got the chance to work with both of these guys.
- I'm thankful for pro wrestling because while it drives me insane sometimes, when all is said and done at the end of the day, I truly love it. And I truly love that I have this place to share it with you all.
Okay, I'm done with the sentimental stuff now. If you're bored and surfing the site in between heaping helpings of what I hope is bountiful feast during the football games today, feel free to tell us what you're thankful for in the comments section below.
Or just post pics and .gifs of hot wrestling ladies. (Men too, for the lady Cagesiders out there. And women too, sometimes.)
