Punk had held the world heavyweight championship previously but he truly broke through the WWE's glass ceiling when it all came together in the summer of 2011. The storyline was there, the promos, the performances, the atmosphere, the location; everything.

The match delivered in every way possible.

Kurt Angle vs. Brock Lesnar, WrestleMania 19

In his first stint with WWE, Lesnar's greatest rival was undoubtedly Angle, who he had a series of great matches with. After winning the 2003 Royal Rumble, Brock went on to 'Mania to take the title from the Olympic hero.

He almost killed himself in the process, too.
