Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho, WrestleMania 19
Jericho was always a major mark for Michaels and this was his first real chance to work a program opposite his hero. When "Y2J" first came to the WWF, "HBK" was retired thanks to that back bump on the casket during a match with Undertaker at Royal Rumble in 1998.
But he returned in 2002 and in mid-2003 Jericho got his chance to steal the show with him at WrestleMania.
Edge & Christian vs. The Hardy Boyz, No Mercy 1999
This was the match that really put both teams on the mat. They were competing for the managerial services of Terri Runnels in the finals of the Terri Invitational Tournament (T.I.T. for short -- get it?) and it was the first time the two would hook up in a ladder match.
By the time they were done, the crowd in Cleveland gave both teams a standing ovation.
