Hulk Hogan is really, really mad about his sex tape getting released to the public. He's embarrassed and his whole life has been ruined by this and he wants anyone who had anything to do with it to pay for his pain and suffering.
Or something like that.
That's the line he is and has been pushing for some time now, and his latest move is to file a pair of lawsuits. After he was told by police that no criminal charges would be filed against anyone in the case, his next best option is to sue.
So that's what he's doing.
TMZ.com brings word that Hogan will be filing lawsuits against former best friend Bubba the Love Sponge, who is purported to have made the tape and distributed it to his office buddies, who likely released it, and Gawker, the website that initially published a one-minute or so clip from the tape.
For $100 million.
Hogan's argument is still that he was taped without his knowledge -- though many believe that not to be the case, but that's speculation and rumor at this point -- and it was an invasion of his privacy that has since caused him grief and suffering.
Here's video from TMZ of his press conference announcing as much today.
