The Cageside Seats Greatest Matches Tournament continues today with a match-up pitting number one seed "Bret Hart vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, WrestleMania 13" taking on number 16 seed "Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat, Clash of the Champions 6."

Bret Hart vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, WrestleMania 13

These two engaged in the feud of the year in 1997, with the WWF fanbase slowly but surely turning on Hart (the hero) and supporting Austin (the villain). So they did a double turn in a submission match at "The Grand Daddy of Them All."

And it was a fucking masterpiece.

Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat, Clash of the Champions 6

We've already seen their match at Chi-Town Rumble advance to the second round in this tournament. Well, the rematch took place at Clash of the Champions 6 in a two out of three falls match that saw Steamboat win an epic battle.

Of course there was a smoz finish that allowed Flair to get one more match later on but it didn't detract from this one at all.
