WWE: Jimmy Uso arrested for driving drunk in Tampa Bay, Florida

WWE superstar (if you can call him that) Jimmy Uso, real name Jonathan Fatu, was arrested for driving drunk in Tampa Bay, Florida, at 3 a.m. this morning (Sept. 29).

TampaBay.com has the story:

Uso was arrested just after 3 a.m. Thursday at Howard Avenue and Platt Street after a police officer said Uso was driving the wrong way on Howard in a silver Mustang, according to an arrest affidavit.

The 26-year-old World Wrestling Entertainment performer, 6 feet 2 and 240 pounds, had a blood alcohol reading of 0.180 - well above the 0.08 limit at which point the state presumes impairment.

As of press time, Uso was still in jail pending $500 bail. There isn't much to add here, really. Uso, one half of a twin tag team with his brother Jey, who are sons of former star Rikishi, has been floundering as a performer as of late. The tag team has been toiling away with occasional appearances on Smackdown and, as of late, NXT.

WWE has yet to comment on the situation.
