I ask because that's the only rational explanation (well apart from the fact that his judgement may be impaired by the illicit substances he clearly still likes to indulge in) to his latest "fight the power" tweets, in response to his recent TNA suspension for turning up to shows late and posting a disturbing YouTube video where his brother Jeff used a taser on his girlfriend Reby Sky while he laughed sadistically. His tweets seem to be intentionally goading the wrestling media and TNA management. After the story broke on June 21st, he made sure to let everyone know he wasn't sweating his punishment:

On June 24th, in an extended tweet he made sure to let everyone know that you couldn't believe the online reports about his suspension from those parasitic dirt sheets:
As I said earlier, I have no more beef with the net. They're people tryin to make a living off of the business that we are the lifeblood of. With that said, u certainly can't believe everything u read. There's always details to situations that they have no clue about & therefore report incorrectly.
However, the best was yet to come! On Saturday he was encouraging a fan revolt of the promotion that currently still employs him over his unfair persecution:
