Last night's Raw house show in Evansville, Indiana has gotten more buzz online than the usual non-major market (especially non Madison Square Garden) shows for two events that separated it from nearly-identical shows in recent weeks:
- Sin Cara (the former Mistico) made his WWE debut, defeating Primo Colon. PWTorch.com reader David Barton noted that the fans didn't seem to Sin Cara, and while "he put on a good show," he's "still learning the WWE style," which is to be expected. Video of his post-match celebration can be seen on YouTube.
- CM Punk cut a promo before the main event that seemingly referenced last week's story of a WWE publicist freaking out on a TVWeek writer and/or a Tweet he got about being an entertainer, ending in a dance demonstration (inspired by the poor performances in the fan dance contest earlier that night) that must be seen to be believed:
WWE should really develop CM Punk's Party Machine as a new entertainment series for Syfy (remember, it's more than just Sci-Fi now!).
