Randy Orton fails to be charged for the dumb incident where he allegedly spat gum in a 15-year-old fan's face

As reported by TMZ.com, Orton won't face charges over this alleged incident due to insufficient evidence to move forward with the case.  We can't say for certain whether the allegations were true or not, which was supposed to have happened when Orton blew off the fan when he asked for a photograph outside a Chinese restaurant after a WWE show in Boston.  However, Orton did goad the situation by arrogantly telling the kid's mother "so sue me" after the incident was supposed to have occurred and he does have a long track record of such petulant behaviour in real life.  So even in the best case scenario, Orton's behaviour was pretty dumb.
