WWE releases a bunch of people including Luke Gallows

Per WWE.com...

World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstars Shad Gaspard, Luke Gallows, Vance Archer and Caylen Croft and WWE Divas Tiffany and Jillian Hall as of November 19, 2010. WWE wishes them the best in all future endeavors.

According to F4WOnline.com, long-tenured writer Christopher DeJosephs, who's performed from time to time as Big Dick Johnson, has also "left the company" (It wasn't made clear if it was a mutual decision).  With this many releases and two of the wrestlers (Archer and Croft) currently in tag teams, it wouldn't be a huge shock to see even more named later in the day.

Quick rundown:

Shad Gaspard hadn't really done anything since Cryme Tyme split up, having been sent to FCW.

Luke Gallows had been in limbo since the Straight Edge Society split, which is a shame, because he'd become a hell of a worker.

Vance Archer (with Curt Hawkins) and Caylen Croft (with Trent Baretta) were in feuding teams on Superstars, but low enough on the totem pole that it's not much of a surprise.

Tiffany had been off TV since the domestic dispute with husband Drew McIntyre.

Jillian Hall had rarely been on TV for months except maybe as a job gal or extra body in a tag or battle royal.  She is now without a WWE gig after having radical plastic surgery to get one.
