Perhaps you've heard of the independent wrestling promotion CHIKARA, and perhaps you haven't. Based out of the Philadelphia area and owned and operated primarily by indie legend Mike Quackenbush, the promotion features an eclectic roster, in-depth storylines, and a family-friendly atmosphere combined with innovative in-ring action.
CHIKARA has really come into their own in the past couple of years with great event after great event, and their young wrestlers are improving by leaps and bounds constantly. They've recently partnered with Dragon Gate USA and are hoping to raise their visibility even more with a new endeavor.
Starting Monday, September 28th, through October 3rd, CHIKARA will be offering a 2-hour DVD Sampler through smartmarkvideo.com for only $1.99.

This is worth picking up for matches 1 and 4 alone. This is a ridiculously loaded DVD for only two bucks, and I think this is a great idea. More promotions should pick up on this and run with it.
