Last night on Between The Ropes, Dawn Marie announced that her Wrestlers Rescue charity is about 2 months away from launching an affordable group rate health insurance plan for professional wrestlers. There will be no "pre-existing condition" provisions other than those for terminal illnesses, and they are also working on a disability program. If this really comes to pass, then major kudos to her for finally getting something done, especially independent of a single promotion after the TNA and ROH health insurance programs quietly disappeared.
