With the influx of new members on Cageside Seats following WrestleMania, I think it's about time we get to know each other a little bit. So for the next month, we're going to do the Cageside Seats 30 Day Challenge.
Here are the rules: I'll ask you a different question every day, and you answer it. It's that simple. There are no right or wrong answers (after all, we're talking about your favorites and such). Just think of this as one of those introductory mixer things. Or whatever welcome party thing this is.
Day 1: Who is your favorite wrestler right now?
My favorite: Daniel Bryan. Yeah, he's 5'9" and about 210 pounds, but he carries a heart that's at least three times his size. I've been at least familiar with him since before his WWE debut in 2010. Training under both Shawn Michaels and William Regal, Bryan combines impeccable technique with ruthless aggression. And he plays the underdog about as good as anyone in the business. So to see Daniel Bryan, a man who once swore he'd never compete in a WWE ring, get his signature moment a year ago at WrestleMania XXX, well, I'm not ashamed to say it. I cried with joy.
That's my favorite. Who's yours?
