Late last night (Tues., April 8, 2014), it was reported by Triple H on Twitter that Ultimate Warrior, at the age of 54, had died. At the time, no details were available, but TMZ is now reporting that Warrior collapsed outside a hotel room in Arizona while walking to a car with his wife.
He was then rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
This has come as an absolute shock to the entire pro wrestling world, who are all mourning his death, mostly because Warrior just made multiple appearances for WWE over the past couple days. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame as the headlining attraction at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans on Saturday night, he appeared on stage with a full entrance at WrestleMania 30 on Sunday night, and he came back to Monday Night Raw after many years away the night after to cut an inspirational promo.
We at Cageside Seats would like to pass along our deepest condolences to his family.
