Hulk Hogan may be the General Manager on Impact Wrestling and a chief power player at TNA but he's still working with WWE, if only by way of its new video game, WWE 2K14. And with that, questions will inevitably arise when executives like say, Triple H, do interviews with media outlets.
Such was the case just the other day when "The Game" talked to NBC Sports Radio and Hogan's name came up in regards to where he belongs in the annals of pro wrestling lore.
"Hulk Hogan will forever be the face of a generation of WWE Superstars. I don't know that there's a more recognizable guy. There's The Rock, there's Hogan, there's Cena, and there's (sic) these recognizable characters that become household names. And Hulk Hogan is one of the biggest of all-time, a true legend in our business. No matter what, he will always have that place in the WWE Universe. Always."
Well that's awful nice.
Perhaps it shouldn't be surprising, considering Hogan was complimentary of Triple H back in April during a "shoot" interview. At that time, "The Hulkster" said he's confident that when Triple H takes over for Vince McMahon as head of WWE, he'll carry the business forward with just as much success.
Let the speculation begin that Hogan will be back in Stamford sooner rather than later.
