Poll: What should WWE do with Jack Swagger?

Jack Swagger was recently arrested for DUI and possession of marijuana after a SmackDown taping in Biloxi, Mississippi, right in the midst of a major push. So we've got a question: What should WWE do with him now?

Here's what we know on the Jack Swagger arrest: He was pulled over for speeding after leaving a SmackDown taping in Biloxi, Mississippi, this week and charged with DUI. A search of his car also revealed he was in possession of marijuana, believed to be the substance he was under the influence of while driving. He now has a court date set for March 12.

Here's what we know about what Jack Swagger is doing on WWE television: He was taken off TV after a long losing streak to go on hiatus while the creative team came up with something new for him. That included growing out his hair and beard, beefing up, and becoming the character he is today, an American with twisted values on what his country should look like. He was also given a manager, Zeb Colter, who is a racist little shit who even mainstream media is attacking.

Swagger is in the midst of a big push too, as he won an Elimination Chamber match that also included the likes of Kane, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, Mark Henry, and Chris Jericho, for the right to go on to WrestleMania 29 on April 7 in New Jersey -- expected to be the biggest event in WWE history -- to take on Alberto Del Rio for the world heavyweight championship.

But now that he's been arrested and gotten himself in trouble, it's entirely possible WWE decides to de-push him, so to speak, and give someone else the spot they had reserved for him. We saw a situation something like this with Rob Van Dam back in 2006 shortly after he won the WWE championship from John Cena. In the midst of his biggest career push, he was pulled over and arrested for drug possession. He dropped the title in a three-way not long after and never got back to that level. Fast forward to today and he's languishing in TNA as the X-Division champion.

This leads us to our poll question, and you can take it below, Cagesiders, before telling us what you think in the comments section.
