WWE has added yet another championship match to the TLC pay-per-view (PPV) on Dec. 16 in Brooklyn, as Antonio Cesaro puts his U.S. title up for grabs against R-Truth.
Am I the only one who thinks this feud has been dead in the water for weeks now?
Antonio Cesaro has been off doing other things, working matches against the likes of Sheamus and Kofi Kingston, but R-Truth has managed to keep himself involved just enough that WWE has booked another match between the two at another pay-per-view (PPV).
This time Cesaro puts his U.S. title on the line at the TLC event set for Sun., Dec. 16, 2012, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, as announced at the SmackDown tapings last night in North Charleston. There's no reason to think Truth will win the belt or WWE will halt Cesaro's reign over the mid-card but it's a time filler if nothing else.
Excited for it? Or feeling kind of "meh" about it?
Here's the updated TLC line-up:
- Big Show vs. Sheamus
- John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler
- Kofi Kingston vs. Wade Barrett
- Ryback and Team Hell No vs. The Shield
- Antonio Cesaro vs. R-Truth
