With Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns attacking members of the WWE roster, it's time to figure out a name for this trio of up-and-comers. That's where you come in, Cagesiders.
No invading force in professional wrestling is truly credible without a name.
When Scott Hall and Kevin Nash showed up to wreck shop in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), they were known as The Outsiders. When Hulk Hogan joined the group, he dubbed them the New World Order.
Even though the storyline has sucked and the players involved are lame, the Aces and 8s group actually has a pretty cool name.
The last invading gang in WWE was the band of misfits from the first season of NXT, who came to be known as the Nexus. That wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.
Now, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns are staging attacks on WWE and they're doing so without an official name for their group.
That's where you come in.
Let's figure out a name for this trio. I've seen "NX-3" bandied about online but am not a fan. Can the creative braintrust here at Cageside come up with anything better?
