The USA Guy might be coming to knock our faces off but it won't be for a while.
Looks like The USA Guy will be holding on to his own flagpole for the next couple months.
That's because Derrick Bateman, who recently underwent a gimmick change from "Guy from NXT with bushy hair" to "The USA Guy," went under the knife today to repair a faulty knee.
He tweeted the above picture while saying, "Welp. See ya later. ... I've 'officially' had more knee surgeries than "official" girlfriends. 'Official(ly).'"
He would later tell a curious follower "some Swissman dislocated my kneecap."
So the United States Champion, Antonio Cesaro, is to blame for taking out The USA Guy? Oh, the humanity.
