WWE Friday Night SmackDown comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Nov. 28, 2014) from Fort Wayne, Indiana with a taped show on the SyFy channel featuring the fallout show from the Survivor Series pay-per-view (PPV) that went down this past Sunday night in St. Louis.
Because SmackDown is a taped show, you can simply go read the spoilers to know everything that happens (find them by clicking here). We will provide results with a live blog below anyway.
You can use this space to discuss all the events as they occur, however, and it's probably going to enhance your viewing experience. In fact, I know it is because we're a lot of fun around here.
Enjoy the show!

SMACKDOWN RESULTS
- They opened with a replay of Sting's debut mixed with his entrance video and theme.
- The Miz and Damien Mizdow were already in the ring with their tag team titles. Mizdow, of course, has the replica belts. Big Show was introduced. Miz said Show's big mistake was joining Team Cena in the first place. Show agreed. As he was talking, Daniel Bryan's music hit and he came "YES" skipping his way to the ring. He revealed he's running the show tonight. Then he booked the show: Ryback vs. Seth Rollins and Luke Harper vs. Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental championship. Miz interrupted and told Bryan to stop stealing his spotlight. "I don't have to do that because Mizdow is doing that already." Show told Bryan tonight is about him, not Bryan. So D-Bry announced that Rusev would have to defend the U.S. championship in a battle royal tonight because he didn't say the pledge of allegiance to the U.S. flag. That match is now.
- 20-Man Battle Royal: The first guy out was Justin Gabriel, followed quickly by Sin Cara. Both were tossed quickly by Big Show after he laid into Los Matadores with his vaunted stomach punches. Then Erick Rowan tossed Heath Slater. Curtis Axel was out next, gone so fast he didn't even take his shirt off for the match. Adam Rose was tossed to little fanfare. Fernando and Diego were both tossed by Big Show. They built to a face-to-face between Show and Rowan, one Rowan won handily by eliminating Show. Not long after, he was thrown out by Rusev. The Miz was out next. After, Damien Mizdow fully committed to his character and eliminated himself. Then Gold & Stardust were tossed, then The Usos. That left Jack Swagger, Tyson Kidd, Cesaro, and Rusev as the final four. Swagger fully hulked up and cleaned up after they teamed up to try to toss him. He eliminated Kidd before doing the same to Cesaro while he was on the apron. Rusev came in with a superkick that sent Swagger to the floor. Rusev wins.
- Concessions Kane was back at it, this time as Salesman Kane slinging shirts. Santino Marella showed up asking for a shirt, Kane mean mugged him, he screamed, and ran off.
- "I'm here." Bray Wyatt came out and said Dean Ambrose almost looked like an angel ascending to heaven when he was climbing that ladder at Survivor Series. "It almost made me smile." But there is no place for people like them above, only below. He said a few more things before closing with: "We've have finally reached the point of no return and you will be changed." He said he would teach Ambrose a lesson before putting him in the dirt with the rest of the insects.
- Another New Day vignette.
- Emma vs. Nikki Bella: It wasn't a total squash, but it was close. Emma's offense in the match consisted of licking her hand, smacking Nikki in the ass, and when Nikki got in her face and said something about it, smacking her in the face. Then Nikki just beat her up and hit her with the Rack Attack for the pin. After, Nikki got on the mic and said it's time that we all know the real truth about AJ Lee. She said she's worked harder than AJ and in her eyes, AJ will forever be a pathetic, manipulative little girl from New Jersey. That brought out AJ, who ran to the ring and attacked Brie to run the heels off.
- Ryback vs. Seth Rollins: J&J Security are still with Rollins and they're still serving their purpose as the heels who help the current Mr. Money in the Bank cheat his way to victory. They tried that many times here, with THE BIG GUY overcoming as often as possible. Right when Ryback picked Rollins up for the Shell Shock, Kane came running out with a chair. The referee then called for the bell to give Ryback the disqualification victory. Rollins helped Kane get the advantage on Ryback before leaving. Kane laid a beat down on him.
- The New Day vs. Slater Gator & Curtis Axel: They didn't get more than a few minutes and the action broke down fairly quick. The New Day worked well together as a team, including Big E throwing Kofi Kingston into the heel team and a legitimate tag team finish, with Big E's Big Ending punctuated with Xavier Woods coming off the top rope. Good impression.
- Santino Marella was selling merchandise. That included a Monopoly game that featured CM Punk on the cover, front and center. I'm sure they love that.
- Renee Young interviewed Daniel Bryan. She asked how it feels to be back and he said it's been a blast and that he's really missed the WWE Universe. Then he booked Kane vs. Ryback in a Chairs match at TLC. Before he could leave, Renee asked him if he'll be back soon. He got all solemn before switching gears in a hurry and chanting "YES" as the crowd caught on and Renee smiled.
- Luke Harper vs. Dolph Ziggler: The match was good for what it was, although it was a bit slower than usual and it took a while for Ziggler to make his comeback. Once he did, he won by count out when he superkicked Harper on the outside and just barely beat the count to get back in the ring. Harper, of course, failed to do so. After the match, Harper tried to attack with the Intercontinental title but Ziggler ducked him and hit the Zig Zag to close the show standing tall.
End.
