WWE hit Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, to tape SmackDown last night (May 28, 2013), and we've got complete spoilers for the show, featuring a television main event of Randy Orton vs. Dean Ambrose.

WWE SmackDown returns to SyFy this coming Friday night (May 31, 2013) from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, but the show was taped, as usual, on Tuesday night. That means full spoilers are readily available if you're the impatient type who doesn't want to wait a couple days for the payoff.

Unwrap that present early (via ProWrestling.net):

-- Kane def. Seth Rollins after a choke slam. So they win as a group but are vulnerable on their own.

-- Roman Reigns def. Daniel Bryan by disqualification thanks to Kane interference leading to an argument between Team Hell No.

-- Damien Sandow segment where he gets cheap heat for taking a shot at Edmonton about Wayne Gretzky. He was out to do a challenge but was interrupted by Sheamus and ate a Brogue Kick. Because reasons.

-- Ryback def. Kofi Kingston in a squash match. There's also a powerbomb through three tables after the match. Because violence.

-- Big E. Langston def. Alberto Del Rio with an assist from AJ Lee. Sounds like Big E. got a mostly clean, dominant win here.

-- Curtis Axel def. Sin Cara with the Perfectplex. So I guess he's good enough to use that move to finish guys off (other than John Cena, of course) but not good enough to actually use the name. That seems odd to me. Then again, if he's going to get over it will have to be on his own merits and not because of his name. He did play up beating both Triple H and John Cena.

-- Chris Jericho def. Cody Rhodes in a standard television match. "Y2J" also cut a promo on CM Punk.

-- Randy Orton def. Dean Ambrose via disqualification in what was described as a fine match. The Shield interrupted, of course, and Team Hell No made the save to end the show with the babyfaces standing tall while the heels retreated.

That's the show, Cagesiders. Thoughts?
