Video: Triple H swerves Daniel Bryan, beats him down for awesome WWE Raw angle

This was awesome.

Although it's cut out quite a bit, what you see above is video of the main event segment from last night's (Mar. 17, 2014) episode of Monday Night Raw in San Antonio, Texas. Triple H brought Daniel Bryan out to the ring, told him there was nothing personal between them and it was just business for their match at WrestleMania, and said he respected how Bryan held himself as a man over the past seven months or so.

You know, wading through heaps of bullshit from those who don't believe in him (both in storyline and in reality).

It was a nice little feel good moment, most of which you don't see in the video, that led into an outstanding swerve played out through a teased rift between Triple H and his wife, Stephanie McMahon. She was pissed and demanded he be arrested but the police who came out to do so weren't actually police, they were just being used to act as such to put Bryan in handcuffs so Triple H could put an extended beat down on him.

It was an awesome angle for a feud like this and served to heat it up quite nicely with just under three weeks to go until the "Showcase of the Immortals". And all this after "The Game" announced that if he beats Bryan at the big show, he'll be inserted into the WWE world heavyweight title match.

Did you love this as much as I did? And was Stephanie McMahon anything short of amazing here?
