It's entirely possible CM Punk will be back for next Monday night's (March 3, 2014) episode of Raw at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois. WWE Chairman of the Board Vince McMahon could convince him to return for a run through WrestleMania 30.
It's also entirely possible Punk will not be back by the time the promotion comes rolling through the "Windy City". But don't worry, folks, the company has a back-up plan that will surely distract everyone from "The Second City Saint's" absence.
Aaron Paul will guest host the show.
If the name doesn't ring a bell, Paul is an actor most famous for his turn as Jesse Pinkman on the hit AMC series Breaking Bad. He's also starring in the Need for Speed movie that hits theaters on March 14, a film that needs promoting.
Hence this appearance.
Really, though, fans are eagerly awaiting this show if only because it has been described as "D-Day" in regards to the Punk situation. If he doesn't come back for this one, he may not be coming back ever again.
Would Paul be any kind of consolation for you, Cagesiders?
