There isn't a whole lot to add to this outside of context, that's how awesome it was. WWE decided Miz TV would be a good venue to shoot the go home angle on Monday Night Raw to the John Cena vs. Daniel Bryan WWE championship match that will take place in the main event of the SummerSlam pay-per-view (PPV) this Sun., Aug. 18, 2013, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
Everyone involved put on outstanding performances, from Cena getting serious and firing off his admittedly tired but still strong talking points while Bryan came back hard with every argument every Cena hater spouts off when discussing him and The Miz reacting appropriately to all of it in the background.
If there were any complaints to be made, it would be that Triple H had no business coming out to the ring to steal some heat (though he's always been a heat seeking missile), even if he is special guest referee, and Randy Orton and his Money in the Bank contract looming large took a bit away from the Cena vs. Bryan story.
Still, it was a stellar segment worth a second watch.
