WWE Raw Results and Live Blog for March 4: Old School

Complete results and the running live blog for tonight's (Mar. 4, 2013) WWE "Monday Night Raw" - Raw Goes Old School edition; featuring "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan among the WWE Legends scheduled to appear on the old school show with some of today's current superstars.

WWE Monday Night Raw comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Mar. 4, 2013) from the First Niagra Center of Buffalo, NY; featuring "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, Ric Flair, Dusty Rhodes and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan among the WWE Legends scheduled to appear on the old school show with some of today's current superstars.

Well that was quick. Starting things off with the Undertaker.

After some typical Undertaker they cut to the Raw Old School entrance while Taker makes his way down to the ring real quick.

After the intro Undertaker is no where to be found but CM Punk is making his way down to the ring.

King is rocking his old crown and jacket. So much better looking than anything he wears when he normally dresses himself.

Punk out to the ring with Paul Heyman.

Punk says he should be defending his championship in the Main Event of Wrestlemania.

He says the fans screwed him and thus have screwed themselves. There is no reason for CM Punk to be at Wrestlemania.

He says the Undertaker gives him that purpose.

"I am going to beat the Undertaker at Wrestlemania"

He says that 20-0 is nice, but 20-1 is better.

"At Wrestlemania, I beat the streak" and drops the mic.

Orton's music hit though and he is out with the mic.

Orton is trying to make a stake that he should be the one to face the Undertaker.

Big Show is out now to throw his hat into the ring to challenge the Undertaker.

Sheamus is out now and says it should be him. He states that he is the only one who hasn't had a shot at the Undertaker yet.

Vickie makes her way out and says there will be a Fatal Four Way to determine the challenger to Undertaker at WM.


Antonio Cesaro vs The Ryback

Cesaro opens up with some dropkicks. Cesaro is rocking old school boots and trunks. No thigh bands.

Ryback with a big suplex but Cesaro counters Ryback's follow up.

Cesaro with some offense and then he heads to the top rope but Ryback get's a hold of him with a big press and then clotheslines him to the outside.

Ryback tries to follow him out but Cesaro gets back in the ring and then hits Ryback with a big boot that sends him into the old school barricade.

Cesaro with some ground and pound as we head to break.

Back from break and Cesaro has a chinlock in.

He starts to knee Ryback who counters and gets a back body drop-spinebuster combo.

Ryback goes for a big clothesline but Cesaro hits a huge uppercut.

Cesaro goes for the Neutralizer but gets countered into Shellshock for the pin.

Ryback wins by pinfall.

As Ryback heads to the back Mark Henry makes his way to the ring for his match and gives Ryback a staredown as he passes him.


Mark Henry vs Zack Ryder

Ryder gets some early offense in but it is quickly snuffed out.

Mark Henry with the World's Strongest Slam and that's all she wrote.

Mark Henry wins by pinfall.


Dolph Ziggler vs Miz

Before the bell rings, Miz is on the mic and introduces Ric Flair. Flair will be in Miz's corner.

Bell rings, Miz and Ziggler lock up.

Ziggler takes early control and hits a dropkick.

Miz counters and sends Ziggler to the outside.

Miz starts strutting in the ring and Flair joins him on the apron as we head to break.

Back from break and Ziggler is in control.

Ziggler with a handstand headlock into a bridge.

Miz fights his way out and they begin to trade strikes.

Miz with a block to Ziggler's knee.

Ziggler recovers and hits a big DDT.

Ziggler locks in the sleeper hold but Miz fights out and takes control.

AJ goes for the distraction so Big E cheap shots Miz.

Flair throws his coat at Big E and starts to chop him but Big E no sells it. Awesome.

Miz with a dropkick through the ropes to Big E.

Ziggler tries for the roll up but gets countered into the Figure Four for the win.

Miz wins by submission.

Miz and Flair giving forearms and elbow drops to nothing in the ring.


Rock makes his way down to the ring.

Rock reminds us that it is indeed cold in Buffalo.

Goes through his finally schtick and out comes Cena.

Cena says he is determined because he needed to win last year but he failed.

Cena says that after he lost, his professional and personal life collapsed.

Cena says that he has had big moments recently due to the motication to get the Rock.

Rock starts to put over Cena and his drive, passion, etc. "No one has that except the Rock"

Yes all that passion to regularly make it to Raw. Oh wait....

Cena proceeds to quote Tyson's eat his children quote but then gives a serious quote "In order to be the greatest that ever lived, you have to beat everyone living."

Rock counters with his own quote. Turns out to be a Lance Armstrong quote and says that Armstrong was full of crap, just like Cena.

They each get a last word in about how they will triumph as we head to break.


Swagger is in the ring with Coulter.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Dusty Rhodes, and Sgt. Slaughter make there way to the ring.

Apparently it will be Swagger and Duggan in action.

Jack Swagger vs Hacksaw Jim Duggan

Swagger immeadately heads out of the ring and goes for the 2x4. He makes his way back into the ring and hits Duggan with the 2x4.

Rhodes and Slaughter try to make the save but Swagger takes them out as well.

Swagger than puts the Patriot Act on Duggan until the ref is able to get him off.

Duggan wins by DQ.


Matt Striker tries to interview Swagger in the back but Del Rio attacks him. They get pulled aparted.


Hell No vs Prime Time Players

Ted DiBiase is ringside.

Kane and Young start things off.

Kane with some punches and then tags in Bryan.

They hit a tag team move off the tag.

Bryan with some kicks and then a dropkick.

Titus is able to get a tag in and hits a big clothesline on Bryan.

Titus with some slam in and then tries to hit a spear in the corner but Bryan escapes.

Both men get a tag in to their partners.

Kane is taking it to Young with clotheslines and splashes in the corner.

Kane hits the sidewalk slam and goes for the pin but Titus breaks it up.

Titus and Bryan begin to fight on the outside.

Young tries to come off the top rope but gets countered into a chokeslam.

Hell No wins by pinfall.

DiBiase stuffs a 100 dollar bill into Darren Young's mouth.

As Hell No make their way to the back, Daniel Bryan turns back around and steals the dollar bill.


Brodus and Tensai out to the ring in matching track suits.

Honky Tonk Man!

Honky gets on the mic but Heath Slater steals it from him. Apparently 3MB was already out there.

Slater says that Honky should go back to Vegas.

Brodus/Tensai vs Slater/McIntyre

McIntyre and Tensai start things off.

McIntyre gets some quick offense but eats a roll up for the pin.

Brodus and Tensai win by pinfall.

Honky Tonk Man leads everyone in a dance but Slater interrupts and eats Honky's guitar.


Kofi Kingston vs Fandango


He is refusing to make his debut because Justin Roberts can't say his name right. Roberts is in the the most ridiculous suit.

"Gotta give breathe to the A's"

Since Roberts can't get it right, Fandango heads to the back with his lovely dance partner.


HHH makes his way to the ring now.

HHH wants you to know that he was working out and training a lot while being COO and cutting his hair. He just didn't have any drive.

Vince McMahon's injury at the hands of Brock Lesnar gave him the drive to come back after saying he might be done.

HHH officially challenges Lesnar to a match at Wrestlemania.


Shield handheld cam promo.

They bring up everyone clamoring for a shot at Undertaker.

Shield wants to remind everyone that they are riding an undefeated streak of their own and makes threats to Orton, Sheamus, and Big Show.


Alberto Del Rio vs Wade Barrett

Alberto is taking it to Barrett in the early going.

Swagger and Coulter make their way out on the ramp. Coulter is preventing Swagger from rushing the ring.

As we pan back to the match, Barrett is in control.

Del Rio locks in an arm bar over the top rope on Barrett but he eats a big boot after the five count.

Barrett goes for an elbow off the top rope but Del Rio rolls out of the way.

Del Rio with some clotheslines and a tilt a whirl back breaker.

Del Rio hits a superkick to a kneeling Barrett and gets a two count.

Del Rio finally notices that Swagger is on the top of the ramp.

He goes for a kick in the corner but Barrett dodges.

Barrett tries to follow up but gets countered into an arm bar.

Del Rio wins by submission.


Colter and Swagger video promo about political correctness.


New Age Outlaws make their way to the ring.

They go through their opening before the match starts.

New Age Outlaws vs Epico and Primo

Epico and Road Dogg start things off.

Epico with a dropkick on Road Dogg and give him some kicks in the corner before tagging in Primo.

Primo gets kicks in before tagging in Epico.

Epico hits a springboard splash on Road Dogg and the puts in a chinlock.

Road Dogg fights his way out but eats a big spinning elbow from Epico.

Both guys get tags in.

Billy Gunn cleans house and hits a huge slam on Primo.

Gunn hits the fameasser for the pin,

New Age Outlaws win by pinfall.


Mean Gene is hosting a party for Mae Young's 90th birthday.

As they begin to sing happy birthday, Cult of Personality interrupts and Punk (w/ Heyman) make their way through the party to get to the ring.


CM Punk vs Randy Orton vs Sheamus vs Big Show

Punk eats a big headbutt from Big Show.

Show then goes after Sheamus and tosses him out of the ring.

Show assaulting Orton now and follows him to the outside. Orton able to reverse and toss Big Show into the post.

Orton and Sheamus squaring off in the ring. Sheamus takes control but gets countered into a back breaker.

Punk slides into the ring for the cover but bails when he only gets a two count.

Sheamus with an Irish Curse Backbreaker on Orton and Punk tries to steal pin again.

Punk tries to crawl out but gets caught by Sheamus and with Orton they toss Punk out.

Show back in and he cleans house as we head to break.

Orton in control against Punk as we come back from break.

Orton hits a scoop slam and t-bone suplex.

He goes for the draping DDT but Punk counters it.

Punk bows but eats a shoulder tackle from Sheamus.

Big Show gets involved and ends up hitting the WMD on Punk.

Sheamus attacks Big Show which prevents him from taking advantage of a downed Punk.

Big Show takes control and goes for a second rope splash but Sheamus rolls aways.

Sheamus hits White Noise on Big Show for the two count.

Orton takes it to Sheamus but Big Show recovers and hits chokeslams on both Orton and Sheamus.

Big Show gets a two count on Sheamus.

Big Show goes for the WMD but Sheamus ducks and hits the Brogue Kick.

Sheamus then eats a RKO but Orton himself gets kicked in the head and eats a GTS for the pin!

CM Punk wins by pinfall.


Undertaker is makes his way out to the stage as we fade to black.
