Monday Night Raw goes "Old School" tomorrow night (March 4, 2013) when WWE hits the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, New York. The gimmick show is typically a chance for the promotion to let loose and have fun by making fans nostalgic for days gone by, including switch the set to reflect Raw in its earliest days of existence.
It's a good time.
It also means we can expect WWE to bring back a number of former stars who don't often appear on television. So far, there are only four names who have been confirmed by the company as scheduled to make an appearance, none of which should come as a surprise.
1. Ric Flair
2. Ted DiBiase
3. Dusty Rhodes
4. Hacksaw Jim Duggan
There are other advertisements floating around that have both Jim Ross and Gene Okerlund also appearing on the show and you can expect old standbys like Howard Finkel and Ron Simmons to show up for a few cameos as well.
The big name everyone is expecting to see, however, is Undertaker, who WWE has been teasing will return in the near future. It makes the most sense to bring him back here, seeing as he's a member of the old school and they need to get his program with CM Punk up and off the ground.
We'll see if it happens, and remember to keep it locked here at Cageside Seats for full coverage tomorrow night.
By the way, The Rock and Triple H are both also scheduled to appear, though Brock Lesnar and Chris Jericho won't be there. For more on the schedule of those part-timers click here.
