Dolph Ziggler officially announced on tonight's (Jan. 7, 2013) episode of "Monday Night Raw" that he will be in the Royal Rumble match on Jan. 27 in Phoenix.

In the opening segment of tonight's (Jan. 7, 2013) episode of Monday Night Raw in Tampa, Florida, Dolph Ziggler officially announced that he will enter the Royal Rumble match on Sun., Jan. 27 in Phoenix at the pay-per-view (PPV) of the same name.
He did so during a promo on John Cena, who is also confirmed to be in the match.
That brings the list of official entrants to:
John Cena
Dolph Ziggler
Randy Orton
Sheamus
