TNA Genesis 2012 match card: Two title bouts added including Hardy vs. Roode vs. Aries

ImpactWrestling.com

TNA has added a pair of title bouts to its Genesis pay-per-view (PPV) on Jan. 13 in Orlando, including Jeff Hardy vs. Bobby Roode vs. Austin Aries for the heavyweight championship.

With just two weeks to go until TNA holds its Genesis pay-per-view (PPV) on Sun., Jan. 13, 2013, at the Impact Wrestling Zone in Orlando, Florida, the promotion has just finally started putting together the match card for the show.

That includes adding a pair of championship matches.

TNA Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy booked himself into a triple threat match title defense against both Bobby Roode and Austin Aries because he wants to prove once and for all that he's better than both. General Manager Hulk Hogan went along with this, probably because he's so busy being worried about Bully Ray getting busy with his daughter.

He did add his own flavor by making it an elimination match.

Also set is a tag team title bout with Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez defending their straps against Joey Ryan and Matt Morgan for the second PPV in a row.

Joy.

Here's the updated Genesis card:

- Jeff Hardy vs. Bobby Roode vs. Austin Aries
- Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez vs. Joey Ryan and Matt Morgan
- Rob Van Dam vs. TBA
