Bad News Postponed

Barrett-2011

Apparently, in earlier versions of this week's Monday Night Raw script, Bad News Barrett was supposed to break the bad news to the Chicago fans that CM Punk wasn't there. I guess WWE eventually decided that they wanted their viewers to come to that conclusion on their own after the show was over.

The reason Sheamus was limited at Raw last night in Brooklyn

Of the 13 wrestlers who worked the two Money in the Bank ladder matches this past Sunday night (July 14, 2013) in Philadelphia, Sheamus took the craziest bumps. And for his troubles, he ended up with one leg significantly bigger than the other, as he showed in the picture above. It's the reason he was barely involved in last night's episode of Monday Night Raw in Brooklyn. The good news is he'll be fine and back in action in no time. Photo via Sheamus' Twitter.

For those wondering when the CM Punk vs. Brock Lesnar feud will pick up more steam, the latter is now advertised for the July 15 episode of Monday Night Raw at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Yes, that is one night after the Money in the Bank pay-per-view (PPV) in Philadelphia. It is possible that he'll appear at said event, but he's not officially advertised like he is for Raw the next night. Photo via WWE.com.
