To steal an old line from Dan Patrick, you can’t stop Broken Matt Hardy, you can only hope to contain him.
Last night, Matt and Brother Nero (whose rights the Broken One owns, so he can force him to do things like honor bookings they made before #TheFinalDeletion, natch) had a match against War Machine from Ring of Honor (ROH) at Imperial Wrestling Revoltion’s OklaMania yesterday.
The two-night event in Oklahoma City was hosted by Jim Ross and featured folks like Sting, Jerry Lawler and Kevin Nash, so it was a pretty star-studded affair. Among the big names was Jim Cornette, who spoke for Hanson & Rowe of the “machines of war” from the “honorable wrestling”, and demanded to know what happened to Matt.
Corny found out what could happen if he continues to question the “broken brilliance” (which included a plug for JR merch sold on WWE Shop... 2016!), and Vanguard1 better get the timing down on his cues, or it could find itself deleted, too:

Glad to see that Cornette values keeping kayfabe over his dislike of tv shows that aren’t wrestling, and that the Hardys will be milking their latest career reinvention for all it’s worth.
