Surprise, surprise, yet another Shawn Michaels match, and Triple H match has advanced to the Sweet Sixteen in the Cageside Seats Greatest Matches Tournament. Two for two, folks.
This time, it's "Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H, SummerSlam 2002" "Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H vs. Chris Benoit, WrestleMania 20" which took a narrow 27-23 victory over the cherished "Eddie Guerrero vs. Dean Malenko, ECW TV 1995" match, much to the dismay of at least a couple dozen Cagesiders.
For most of the day the five seed 'Eddie v Malenko' maintained a narrow lead, but at one point we had another tie, only for the four-seeded 'HBK v HHH v Benoit - WM20' match to squeak on by for the win.
Up next, is the CSSGMT Second Round Match: (1) "Bret Hart vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, WrestleMania 13" vs. (8) "Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Triple H, No Way Out 2001".
